"Circle of DEI" Act: All companies and individuals who profess being woke (CRT, DEI, LGBT+, etc.) shall register with the Attorney General of Texas and be taxed by the Comptroller of Texas. Use the proceeds to pay for the mental health care (including incarceration) of their crime victims, as well as Texans seeking mental healt care for woke issues. Pro-rata tax shall be determined by the Comptroller of Texas yearly to cover annual expenses. Tax rate shall be pro-rata share of total expenses of last fiscal year, plus/minus inflation rate, plus the rolling average of inflation/deflation over the last 3 years. Penalty for failure to register, proven by a court decision: revocation of all licenses and regristrations and privileges of operating in Texas, or in the case of individuals, 1 year in jail. Legislation requiring all schools (public or private) to require all students or sponsor (pre-K through post-masters), to inform in writing upon registering/re-registering, if they consider themselves as anything other than heterosexual. If so designated, a mental health assessment shall be conducted immediately by a state-approved mental health expert for the express purpose of determining danger to other students, teachers, staff/faculty and self. If the student applicant is determined to be at risk, enrollment shall be denied and the student shall be referred to a mental health expert for mandatory counseling pursuant to the Circle of DEI Act. The Obamacare issue is a no-brainer

Obamacare (Affordable Care Act) is far too expensive now and would be signifcantly more expensive without the subsidies. Instead of forcing Americans to sustain an unaffordable law Congress—particularly Democrats—should cost-cut instead. After all Democrats didn't read the act before passing it, as attested by Nancy Pelosi, who famously said "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it."
